So this is the second time I have tried to make these cupcakes with the same results.... The first time I followed the directions exactly and they exploded/imploded but tasted really good the second time I researched and found for high altitude to not add as much baking powder and to raise the Temperature 25°. But with not much differnce in the final product except they didn't taste as good the second time.
I took the cupcakes out and gave Cora a taste and tasted it myself and said they didn't taste very good. Cora's response was "but it's chocolate" I am just glad that Cora has the right view on life :)
